After many months of deliberation and going back and forth to the drawing board we are happy to announce the final decision(s) regarding the much anticipated Los Congos Resort & Spa (LCRAS). The LCRAS will be a 5 star destination resort and spa complete with a full wellness center, yoga and tai-chi studio and many other world class amenities. The resort sits on 25+ acres of prime waterfront on the shores of Laguna de Apoyo. The location is rich with flora and fauna and is incredibly peaceful and serene. The LCRAS will be like no other destination resort and spa in the world and we have set out to create it in that fashion. This portion of our development is gaining deserved attention from spa and resort associations around the globe and will be one of the featured projects at the ISPARS conference in Paris, France this coming October.

Our staff has been hard at work assembling the team who will carry out the vision to achieve the goals of this very important facet of our resort community. The LCRAS is the core of our development, the heart if you will and the anchor which will bring thousands of visitors each year to our special place in the world. In order to deliver the quality products and services that a resort of this caliper requires we had to find the most talented groups in the world to assist us, this was no easy task.

We are gearing up to have the new presentation and marketing materials for the LCRAS on or around June 30, 2007. The new materials will include a full resort master plan, new and improved resort villa units, the complete spa design, restaurant designs and our favorite - the spa menu listing all services provided - you will like what you see!
