With a combined 75 years home building experience amongst our staff you can ensure top-quality construction and design services. All homes within the development will be built in conjunction with our Preferred Builder Network to ensure the quality levels within the community. Our Preferred Builders have decades of experience in rustic Mediterranean and Colonial Spanish style construction, both wood and concrete / brick / stone, and we will have many floor plans and styles to choose from or modify to meet your requirements.

Life in Nicaragua is much slower and more simple and we like to keep that in mind when helping our clients build their home. Much of the living is done outdoors so we focus on outdoor living areas and fewer climate controlled spaces, which allows for more freedom when designing a home and also keeps costs lower. Architecture is primarily influenced by the availability of local materials such as concrete, stucco or plaster, terra cotta roof tiles, ceramic floor tiles and local hardwoods for windows, doors, cabinets and trim. You will rest easy in the fact that our builders and designers have been building in Nicaragua for some time and they will assist in choosing the proper home for your intentions.

To ensure your peace of mind we can arrange third party owner's representative construction management professionals to be on site to oversee the construction of your home or villa. We will also be on site to follow your home through every stage and keep you updated on the progress to make your purchase worry free.

To further enhance your Los Congos lifestyle, garden & landscape packages as well as pool & patio packages will also be available at very reasonable costs. The services of Landscape Architects and designers will also be available when it is time to begin your construction project.

As additional protection and to enhance our commitment to quality we offer a complete, written 12 month warranty on all construction by our Preferred Builder Network. That's right! All homes built by our Preferred Builder Network have a full 1 year written warranty on the workmanship and construction of that home. No one we know of can offer this type of service or commitment to quality. Ask your sales staff for complete details. At Los Congos we have no restrictions on when you build your home (on custom home lots) but once construction begins the home must be completed within 18 months. Top quality construction and finishes is around $75 / sq ft.

We are currently putting the packages together with our Preferred Builder Network. We build top quality residences to US and International Specifications. Complete Turn-Key home construction will cost around $75 per square foot (plus lot costs) and this will include the beautiful work of master craftsman and artisans. Some higher-end finishes, custom designs and other features can increase per square foot costs. Costs do not include gardens, patios, pools, outbuildings or other additional features.
